    Requirements:

    * Strong understanding of Power Platform architecture, solution design, and integration with other systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, etc.).Experience in automating business processes using Power Automate and designing custom apps with Power Apps.
    * Extensive experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform: Power Pages, Dynamcis 365 Field Service, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service
    * Power Platform experience (Dataverse, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Plugins Development Experience troubleshooting, optimising, and maintaining existing Power Platform applications.

    Responsibilities:

    * Provide strong leadership and direction and keep performance improvement under review and ensure that performance targets are met.
    * Facilitate and support the teams to enable them to achieve the department or directorate's objectives.
    * Manage issues relating to conduct and capability, ensuring that such issues are dealt with in a focused and timely manner.
