Their Business and Corporate Services division plays a crucial role in the governance and support of a wide range of technologies, from collaboration tools to advanced analytics and HR systems. Operating across multiple regions, this team ensures that technology solutions are managed effectively to drive business success.
They are currently seeking a product owner to take on a key leadership role within their global team. The position offers the opportunity to work in an international environment with flexibility regarding location in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead product ownership for non-IT ServiceNow business applications, including modules such as SPM/PPM, HRSD, and AppEngine.
* Oversee the design, cost estimation, and delivery of ServiceNow-related solutions, managing projects throughout their lifecycle-from setup and requirements gathering to testing and reporting.
* Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, while guiding and motivating the project team.
* Ensure operational stability and service agreements for business applications, working closely with third-party suppliers.
* Align processes with platform owners and coordinate activities with external partners.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong IT background, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow (Developer, Architect, or Technical PM roles preferred).
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and modules, including App Engine and HRSD. Certifications in ServiceNow are a plus.
* Proven track record in leading teams, including remote and offshore members.
* Experience with both agile and traditional project management methodologies, particularly in requirements engineering and documentation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
* Expertise in vendor and stakeholder management, with proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Confluence, and Jira.
