This **part-time contract role** offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional onsite collaboration, making it ideal for a seasoned ServiceNow professional passionate about elevating employee experiences through automation and intuitive design.
As a key contributor to the **Digital Employee Experience / Workforce Service Delivery** team, you will lead strategic implementations of Workforce Service Delivery (WSD), Employee Center Pro, and lifecycle event orchestration. You'll collaborate across HR, IT, and UX teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric solutions that empower employees and streamline operations.
**Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:**
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Workforce Service Delivery (WSD), HRSD, and Employee Center Pro.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle events, case management, and HR service catalogs.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and custom widgets.
- Strong understanding of Service Portals, Agent Workspaces, and Now Experience UI components.
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and orchestration.
- ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator, HRSD Implementation Specialist, and Micro-Certifications (ATF, Lifecycle Events).
- Ability to lead Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning, and maintain clear documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Integration experience with Workday, ITSM, or Field Service Management (FSM).
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile methodologies, and regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, finance).
