    **Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:**

    - Proven expertise in ServiceNow Workforce Service Delivery (WSD), HRSD, and Employee Center Pro.
    - Hands-on experience with lifecycle events, case management, and HR service catalogs.
    - Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, UI Builder, Flow Designer, and custom widgets.
    - Strong understanding of Service Portals, Agent Workspaces, and Now Experience UI components.
    - Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and orchestration.
    - ServiceNow certifications: System Administrator, HRSD Implementation Specialist, and Micro-Certifications (ATF, Lifecycle Events).
