ServiceNow Scrum Architect

POSITION SUMMARY

We are on the lookout for a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting a federal initiative. As a ServiceNow Architect, you'll be tasked with delivering comprehensive end-to-end solutions in a flexibile, Agile environment. The ideal candidate will be adept at crafting solutions within the ServiceNow platform that will significantly enhance our client's mission by modernizing and automating their processes. This role involves working within an Agile team that follows a Scrum development approach.

KEY DUTIES

* Offer expert guidance on ServiceNow architecture for a federal client.
* Provide strategic advice on technical best practices and emerging industry trends.
* Estimate and analyze the time required for designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
* Engage in requirements gathering sessions and contribute insights to developers.
* Translate business needs into effective ServiceNow technology architectures.
* Align organizational goals with appropriate ServiceNow solutions to meet business objectives and enhance overall enterprise capabilities.
* Deliver high-level consultancy services on business and technology architecture.
* Support client deliverables, including architecture and design documentation.
* Collaborate with Capture Managers to develop proposal solutions.
* Maintain system design and architectural standards, promoting best practices throughout the delivery lifecycle.
* Contribute to Statements of Work (SOWs) and assist in client proposal presentations.
* Work with Business SMEs and technical architects to define and implement high-performing, transformative solutions.
* Perform additional duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

* Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow implementations, particularly in a Solution Architect role.
* Over 5 years of experience in the IT sector.
* At least 2 years of experience specifically as a ServiceNow Architect, with 5+ years working with the ServiceNow platform.
* A minimum of 2 years implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Proficient in designing and deploying ServiceNow solutions.
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow Cloud Platforms and Architecture.
* Knowledgeable in the design and implementation of ServiceNow architecture, supporting software engineering, data processing, cloud services, and IT lifecycle management.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with executives and adjust communication styles as needed.
* Experience with continuous integration across ServiceNow modules and other integrated applications.
* Proven ability to build and manage ServiceNow IT solutions, integrating various cloud technologies.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience with CMS is an advantage.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred.

SECURITY CLEARANCE

* Must possess an active Public Trust clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
* U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract requirements.
