* Technical Consultation: Serve as the trusted advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, providing expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities, customization options, integrations, and best practices. Lead the early identification and communication of potential delivery challenges and lead the design of innovative solutions to address them.
* Implementation Support: Lead collaboration with project managers, developers, and other teams to support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical oversight and ensure that the design is accurately translated into a functional solution. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards and ServiceNow-established best practices and processes.
* Integration and Automation: Design and oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless work flows and automate business processes. Ensure data consistency and integrity across different platforms. Document data and integration plans, road maps, and strategies
* Performance Optimization: Design performance analysis and optimization best practices to enhance the overall efficiency and responsiveness of ServiceNow and integrated solutions across the Practice. Identify and address bottlenecks to improve system performance.
* Quality Assurance: Design quality assurance plans, testing strategies, and implementation methodologies to ensure that the technical deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
* Resource Management: Work closely with resourcing, practice leadership, and program management to ensure that the appropriately certified, trained, and experienced resources are working on projects. Identify and communicate with Practice leadership any talent gaps and propose solutions to address the gaps.
* Project Management: Work hand-in-hand with project managers to keep projects within scope and time line. Brief practice leadership and clients on the status of projects, and support deployment registrations to maintain ServiceNow partner status.
* Security and Compliance: Design the security plan and ensure that all ServiceNow and integrated solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. Collaborate with security teams to implement robust security measures and maintain a secure environment.
* Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive technical design documentation, including architecture diagrams, configurations and customization design specifications, data models, integrations, workflow specifications, and implementation guidelines. Drive contributions to the knowledge base and share best practices within the team and the Practice. Lead the sharing of knowledge across the practice, including white papers, demonstrations, and lunch and learns.
* Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of and be a leader on the latest advancements in ServiceNow and integrated technologies, tools, and industry trends. Continuously enhance your expertise to provide solutions and innovative approaches.
* Client Relationships: Build trusting relationships with clients through effective communication, by understanding their needs, and by delivering high-quality solutions that exceed their expectations. Identify their needs before they realize them and provide strong guidance that supports their desired outcomes without incurring unnecessary technical debt.
* Mentorship and coaching: Foster growth of our ServiceNow talent by targeting career pathways for teammates that align with business objectives; identify, mentor, and coach individuals ready for greater responsibilities; and tailor growth plans for those in need. Contribute to the enhancement of architectural best practices, design patterns, development frameworks, and other relevant processes.
