ServiceNow Technical Consultant - up to £85,000 - Remote (UK Based)

I'm currently working with a ServiceNow Partner who are looking to grow their team of ServiceNow Consultant's that specialise in SecOps and GRC. If you're bored of your everyday ITSM projects then this would be a great opportunity for you to diversify the everyday work you're doing and gain more exposure to the platform.

Responsibilities:

* Showcase your ServiceNow Development experience with a number of clients ensuring you're adhering to ServiceNow best practice
* Providing your ServiceNow expertise during functional workshops
* Experience creating designs based on out-of-the-box functions and requirements
* Translating requirements into user stories

Experience:

* Consulting experience in a client facing role
* Expertise in ServiceNow Solutions and scripting
* Good presenting skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Agile delivery and project management methodologies understanding
* ServiceNow SME for a ServiceNow module

I am working with an end customer of ServiceNow, in the telecoms sector, who is looking for a ServiceNow architect. The vast majority of the work can be done remotely, but there may be very occasional travel to Essen required.

German language not required, but beneficial

Job Description

* Develop technical solutions within ServiceNow that match business requirements
* Working with the ServiceNow modules TNI, OTM, PPM and FSM
* Provide guidance and expertise in ServiceNow best practices and standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to implement ServiceNow solutions
* Identify opportunities for optimization and process automation
* Ensure that the platform is configured and customized to meet the business' needs
* Provide support and guidance to the ServiceNow team
* Participate in ServiceNow releases and upgrades

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field
* Minimum 5 years' of experience in ServiceNow
* Experience in any of the modules TNI, OTM, PPM or FSM is a big plus
* Minimum 2 years' of experience in ServiceNow architecture
* Experience with ServiceNow integrations and workflows
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practice and standards
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* ServiceNow certification (CMA / CTA) is a big plus
* ITIL certification is a plus
